By using the rippll web site and / or the rippll iPhone app, both or either also
referred to as the rippll Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
(also referred to as this agreement). Users wishing to sign up to the rippll Service
should read these Terms & Conditions and tick the checkbox on the sign-up page to
clearly indicate acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Service and
and may be modified by rippll at any time and without prior notice.
This Agreement will remain in effect during the time that you use the rippll Service.
You may remove your profile at any time by sending an email to admin@rippll.com
or deleting your profile from the rippll web site or rippll iPhone application.
rippll may remove your profile for any reason, at any time. Even after a profile
is removed, this Agreement remains in effect.
You must be sixteen or over to sign up for a profile on the rippll Service. By signing
up for the rippll Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority,
and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions
of this Agreement.
rippll owns and retains all proprietary rights throughout the rippll Service. The
rippll Web site and the rippll iPhone application contain material under copyright.
You may not copy, publish, distribute, display, modify, or sell any proprietary
information contained within the rippll service.
You agree that rippll may review and delete any content (including profile data,
locations, photos and messsages) posted by yourself onto the rippll service at any
time and for any reason. You agree that you take sole responsibility for any content
that you publish on the rippll service. You agree not to post any content of a sexual
nature or content that we may deem to be vulgar or offensive. By posting any content
on the rippll service, you automatically grant all rights to rippll to use, copy,
display, and distribute this content.
No personal User data (such as email addresses, building addresses, or any other
such data) displayed in User profiles, location postings, or any other part of the
rippll service may be taken from the rippll service for other uses. Any such activity
will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken.
rippll is not responsible for any inaccurate Content posted on the rippll service.
rippll assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user of the rippll service.
Under no circumstances will rippll be responsible for any loss or damage, including
personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the rippll service. The
rippll service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance.
rippll is a data rich application. All photos and data lists viewed on the rippll
mobile site will consume data packages provided to you by your mobile operator.
rippll is not responsible for these data charges and you understand that you must
be responsible for the mobile data you consume and for the associated charges applied
by your network operator.
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written
consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. rippll is a trade mark of Amigo
Maps Ltd.
You agree to our use of personal data throughout the rippll service as explained
in our Privacy Policy, which can be found
here.
I have read this agreement and agree to all of the provisions contained above.
